Welcome to Memory Lane’s Journal, where we dive into the unfiltered, chaotic, and sometimes overwhelming reality of being a teenager. Life right now feels like a nonstop rollercoaster—one minute, we’re on top of the world, and the next, we’re drowning in stress, overthinking texts, and questioning what the future even looks like. If you’ve ever felt lost, confused, or just in need of a space where people get it, you’re in the right place.
Hosted by four teenage girls, this podcast is all about the things no one really prepares us for—mental health, friendships, school pressure, relationships, identity, family drama, and those late-night thoughts that hit way too hard. We’re just two teens figuring life out in real-time, sharing our experiences, struggles, and awkward moments along the way. No fake advice, no “perfect” solutions—just real talk, real emotions, and real laughs.
One second, we’re stressing over school, and the next, we’re questioning literally everything about life, friendships, relationships, and the future.

Why We Started This Podcast
We started Memory Lane’s Journal because, like so many others, we felt that there weren’t enough places where people could just talk. About life, about struggles, about joy—without filters or judgment. Life is a journey, and we want to bring you along with us as we chat about our experiences, share lessons, and reflect on what we’ve learned.
We also wanted to create a space where you, our listeners, could feel part of the conversation. We want to hear from you—your stories, your thoughts, and your experiences. Because let’s be real: we’re all in this together.
